Comet Ridge Resources, LLC ("Comet Ridge") is an oil and gas company pursuing opportunities in the Rocky Mountains and Pacific Northwest. The company is a joint venture between Pine Brook Road Partners, LLC a New York based private equity firm and Comet Ridge Limited, a publicly traded oil and gas exploration and production company listed in Australia (ASX: COI).
Comet Ridge has assembled a highly experienced oil and gas management team and is aggressively developing its two main areas of focus, the Florence project in Colorado and Grays Harbor in Washington.
St. Helens Energy, LLC operates Comet Ridge's Pacific Northwest projects including Grays Harbor and Chehalis. Pine Ridge Oil & Gas, LLC operates the Florence project in the Rocky Mountains.
